Reservations will be available starting at 1:00 PM Wednesday May 20, 2020. STOP PLEASE. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR SITE.
• We cannot have guests in our campgrounds prior to June 1, 2020. • WE CANNOT ACCEPT NON-SASKATCHEWAN RESIDENTS IN OUR CAMPGROUNDS THIS SUMMER. Any reservation booked by a non-resident will be cancelled. Cancellation fees will apply in such case. • The following sites have been allocated to stays of 31 nights or more: o #55, #61, #62, #63, #64, #65, #66, #71, #72, #73 & #74 • The remainder of available sites have been allocated to stays of 2 nights or more. • Side by side or group camping will NOT be allowed, nor will overflow camping. • Sharing sites will not be allowed. One unit per site period. • Persons that may stay in your site with you are to be only those with which you normally reside. • Public washroom, showers and laundry facilities will not be available. Campers must have and use their own self-contained washroom facilities and only those which are specifically designed for the purpose. • Trash will not be picked up at campsite trash cans. Each site holder will have to take their trash to the dumpster themselves or carry it home with them. • The Public beach will be closed as will all other public venues other than the golf course. o Unless provincial restrictions change, Swimming Lessons will not run. • At the golf course: o Tee times will be required, absolutely no walks ons can be accepted. o Tee times will be spaced every 12 minutes. o Payment must be by credit or debit, cash/cheque will not be accepted. o Only persons who reside together may share a power cart. o All physical distancing restrictions will apply around the club house, on the course and during play. • Cash/cheque will not be accepted anywhere in the park. Please have an alternate form of payment. (credit or debit). Firewood will have to be prepaid at the toll booth as will fuel for recreation purposes. • The Boat Launch will be available. Please observe proper social distancing and protect yourself from possible contact with Covid 19 at the boat launch and on personal watercraft. • There will be no tournaments and/or public events run this year. • If you or anyone with which you have been in contact with is presenting symptoms of Covid19 at the time of your planned arrival, please stay home. Your reservation will be refunded in full regardless of notice given, if you notify at the Park email of that being your reason for cancelling your stay. If no notification given the normal penalties would then apply. o email@example.com or use the contact us form on the letscamp reservation system. • If you have travelled out of Country please self-isolate at home for 14 days and be certain of your state of health before coming to the Park . Some of these restrictions may lift as we work through this season, but we cannot guarantee that. They may also be altered or added to without notice. It is our sincerest wish that we do our best to keep all our clientele and staff as safe as we can. YOU WILL HAVE TO AGREE TO THESE CONDITIONS AND TO ALL OTHER ALRP POLICIES TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION.
